Artec Neo Key Features
Achieve metrology-grade accuracy everywhere: full target coverage.
Targets across the whole part keep every frame anchored — with Artec Neo reaching 0.025 mm + 0.035 mm/m volumetric accuracy over the entire surface.
Capture complete objects with metrology-grade accuracy on toleranced features.
Targets go around the features that perform a function — datums, fits, interfaces — anchoring accuracy exactly where it has to hold, with other surfaces captured target-free with full detail and color.
Inspect critical surfaces without covering them with targets.
Targets go on the fixture, not the part — the setup carries the metrology-grade accuracy framework, with no error accumulation across the measurement.
Even deep channels and passages, where targets can’t be applied, are measured as-is to be compared against CAD.
Measure features relative to each other — without scanning everything in between.
A target trail links connecting points into one common frame of reference — scan the trail first, then just the features that matter. Capture vital engineering data — flange-to-flange distances, bolt-circle orientation, and mounting-point coordinates over several meters with metrology-grade accuracy.
Accurate and fast capture, no targets at all.
Scan entire objects in minutes with up to 0.05 mm accuracy and resolution — no target placement or surface preparation required. Get clean meshes ready for CAD, as well as full-color part scans carrying numbers, casting marks, and surface condition.
High resolution & accuracy. Half the lead time.
Artec Neo excels at capturing fine detail in ultra-high resolution while maintaining metrology-grade accuracy, without slowing down like standard laser scanners.

Certified Accuracy You Can Trust
Tested per international standards
Acceptance testing is done per VDI/VDE 2634 Part 3, using robot-driven trajectories and internationally traceable reference objects.
Independent laboratory
Artec’s dedicated metrology laboratory, operating according to ISO/IEC 17025 principles, with safeguards for impartiality.
Per-unit certificate
Every Neo is individually calibrated and verified before shipment, and ships with its own accuracy certificate.
One Ecosystem. Complete Workflow.
Artec Neo works natively with Artec Studio — software that further amplifies its capabilities. Capture, process, analyze, and combine scan data in one ecosystem.
Scan-to-CAD toolkit
Extract key geometry, create 2D sections, and generate CAD surfaces from polygonal meshes.
Inspect your data
Perform mesh-to-CAD and mesh-to-mesh deviation analysis with measurement and distance mapping tools.
Third-party integration
Export scan data to Geomagic, PolyWorks, SolidWorks, and other industry-leading software for reverse engineering and inspection.

Artec 3D Scanner Benefits
Easy and Fast Operations
Safe to use
Artec 3D Scanner uses invisible VCSEL structured light projection, making it totally safe for scanning people, as well as inanimate objects. Because of VCSCEL light technology, scanning is possible even in outdoors conditions
Just point and shoot
No need preparation such as pasting targets and calibration, just simply plug in the scanner and point it around the object as you would with a video camera. Point scanner closer to object to zoom in for sharper details
Scan fast with geometry and texture tracking
Artec 3D Scanner uses built-in accelerometer, gyro and compass to know its position in real world. Together with reading of scanned object’s geometry and color, fast and smooth scanning is possible even for large featureless object
SDK integration and scanners bundling
Artec SDK allows you to integrate Artec scanners into your own custom solutions free of charge. Also, to capture larger area, several scanners can be bundled and synced together
